How ShasYomi Works
Our platform makes collective Talmud learning accessible, meaningful, and impactful.
The Concept
The Talmud is vast - 63 tractates containing 2,711 double-sided dapim of ancient wisdom, law, and narrative. Traditionally, completing the entire Talmud takes 7.5 years of daily study (Daf Yomi).
ShasYomi takes a different approach: we divide the Talmud among our community members, so that collectively, we complete the entire Talmud every day.
Each person studies a small, manageable portion (about 15-20 minutes of learning), but together we achieve something remarkable - the daily completion of this monumental text.

Your Daily Learning is Sacred
Every moment you dedicate to Torah study creates waves of blessing that extend far beyond yourself.
Healing the World
The Talmud teaches that the world stands on three pillars: Torah, service, and acts of kindness. Your daily learning strengthens the very foundation of existence. When you study, you are literally helping to sustain the world and bring it closer to perfection.
"Great is Torah study, for it leads to action" — Talmud Kiddushin 40b
Connecting Souls
When you learn the same text as someone in Jerusalem, London, or Buenos Aires, you create a spiritual bond that transcends physical distance. Your learning connects you to every Jewish soul throughout history who has pondered these same words and wrestled with these same questions.
"All of Israel are responsible for one another" — Talmud Shevuot 39a
You Have the Power
To Transform Yourself
Every day of learning changes you. You become wiser, more compassionate, more connected to your heritage. The person who finishes studying today is not the same as the one who began.
To Inspire Others
Your commitment to daily learning inspires family, friends, and community members. You become a living example that Torah study is possible, meaningful, and transformative in the modern world.
To Change History
You are part of a movement that is revolutionizing Jewish learning. Future generations will look back at this moment when thousands united to complete the Talmud daily as a turning point in Jewish history.
This Moment Matters
Right now, at this very moment, Jews around the world are opening their books, turning on their audio, and beginning to learn. They are waiting for you to join them. Your portion of the Talmud is waiting. Your contribution to this sacred endeavor is needed. The time is now.
